Return and Exchange Policy
At Berek, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience - your satisfaction is our priority! However, we understand that occasionally there may be a need to return or exchange an item. Below, we outline our policies regarding this:
- You have up to 30 days from the receipt of the product to request a return or exchange.

- Products must be unused, in a protective bag, and with all tags intact.
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted if the product is in a condition that we deem can be resold.
- Products sold at 50% or more discount are not eligible for return or exchange.
- A return shipping cost will be deducted from your credit/refund if the product is returned for any reason other than for quality/technical reasons (i.e. wrong size, wrong color or a different product than you ordered).
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please provide photos or evidence to assess the condition of the product.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after received and verified the condition of the returned product.
- Our policies comply with all local laws and regulations regarding returns and exchanges.
